- A short description of you asset (20 letters max)*
- A long description of your asset 1000 letters max (not words)*
- Property type, Plot, Renovation, Rental, Apartment*
- Email address (you or your agent’s)*
- An image that best shows your property uploaded (gif,jpg,jpeg format only 1Mb max)*
- Your price (in €) for a sale or your price (in €) per person per night for rental*
- Contact name and Telephone number (You or your agent’s) – i.e. James Black +359 (0) 12345678*
- Your web address for more pictures and further details or your agent’s web address
- Whether the contact person can talk English (Yes or No)
- Google map coordinates for your asset if possible. This really does help and is worth the time. Click here for instructions.
- Region or Area i.e. Varna, Shumen, Bourgas, Sofia etc. This is very important!!!!*
- Village or main town i.e. Provadia, Sliven etc Again, very important!!!!*
